I am trying to log. I have tried both in the app and in the browser and get the same experience:

* Entering my username and password - all ok

* Get sent an email with a code

* I enter the code in the view saying "Verify your identity."
* I get an error with:
"Invalid factor data"

 

I have tried several times, on different devices - both browser and the app. I am 100% sure I have entered the correct code many times.

 

Can you please fix this so I can access my cameras?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app? Can you also reset the password and see if that works.

Were you able to get logged into your account?

I haven't been able to log in on the Android app even though I have tried many times on several separate days. So the same issue remains. Another weird thing is that I get "You've been logged in to a new device" to my email, but I never manage to get in in the app.

 

 

I was able to log in once in a browser on a desktop computer, after several attempts.

Reinstalling the app seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks.
