Creating Arlo ACCOUNT and Cannot Discover Device

I just a pair of Arlo cameras with a base station.  When i try to setup my account on arlo.netgear.com, I select Basestation, then I get a humming bird logo that saying trying to discover and after a few minutes it said it failed. I have hard reset the base station. For lights I have a green power, a green globe that flashes occasionaly (like any router would), and an orange light where the camera icon is. (I assume it's orange becasue I have no camers synced yet)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is resolved, like a dope I forgot that i was connected to my work's VPN. lol

Is the device you're using to set the system up on the same network as the router and base?
