My camera is continually recording 10 second videos, when no motion, at less than one minute intervals. I've replaced the batteries, cleaned it and reset it a number of times but still the same results. Any ideas?

Put the camera in a room with no motion, aimed at a blank wall with no flickering lighting. If it still does this, contact support using the Support link at the top of these pages to open a case for more help and maybe an RMA.
