I have three cameras.  Two of them are working fine. The third one syncs successfully with the base and has a strong network connection and fully charged batteries, but when I try to view, I get the message that there is a problem establishing a connection to  the camera. I have tried resetting the base. Firmware is 1.9.673_9183.  Can't get an image.

It may more than likely be the base and/or cameras s/w version...not the version you gave.

cams are now 1.2.2545 , bases are 1.4.2627

Location of info is SETTINGS/BASE STATION SETTINGS and CAMERAS ( bottom of right page )

Sorry I mistakenly gave the wrong version numbers.  The cams are 1.2.2545 and the base is 1.4.2627.  I had to return one of the three cameras because it wouldn't connect.  Exchanged for another.  Motion detection does not work on any of the cameras.
