I had perfect connection from iohone to base and too 2 cameras arlo.. All conection gone. Have downloded new app. When i tried to connect the phone too base the phone says ”don´t fond any units. Whats did I do wrong?+++

Test the system by accessing it via web   https://arlo.netgear.com

this will show if it's the system or phone so you can narrow down what needs fixing.
