Hi! I today buy Arlo security camera with base station Netgear VMB3000 I cant setup its, my app on iPhone say " we are unable to claim this device "! Can you help me to instal this great security system! I think this system register on at her old account! Can you help me to install this system on my account????!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

if its still registered to her account, you can't register it.  It would need to be removed from her account.
