When I try to live stream my cameras on my desktop it says the connection failed but when I open my app, they work fine. What is going on?

I have the exact opposite happening. I can connect with my desktop but not my phone. Any help would be appreciated.

Try another browser like Fire Fox , Chrome... sometimes it makes the difference

Easy things to try...reboot the base via the power button...
AND, un install and re install the app

Well, I tried uninstalling the app and now, unfortunately, I can't 'find' the app again to reinstall it. I've tried Google Play and Netgear.com but just get blank screens.

Thanks for the help. Turns out if I just shut down my phone completely for a couple hours, it started working just fine and I was able to go into Google Play and download the Arlo app. It was my phone's fault, not the Arlo app's. Thanks again.
