Video length

I have adjusted video length in "Mode" - have saved same - and it still records in 10 sec videos.

Some possibilities that come to mind.

1, change didn't get saved after all (easy to check).

2. You're not using the mode you made the change to

3. You didnt make the change to the appropriate cam (change applies only to cam you made it to)

Mind you, there could also be something wrong, but I'd rule the above out first, even try making changes using a different browser if done on your computer, or make them on your computer if done on phone.

Reboot the base via the power button....

when it comes back up fully ( about 2 mins ) go in and attempt to change time again.  After changing time amount ,click on the top  of page, EDIT MODE.

This will take you back on page to the SAVE button
