When I try to live stream my cameras on my desktop it says the connection failed but when I open my app, they work fine. What is going on?

I have the exact opposite happening.  I can connect with my desktop but not my phone.  Any help would be appreciated.

Try another browser like Fire Fox , Chrome... sometimes it makes the difference

Easy things to try...reboot the base via the power button...

AND, un install and re install the app

Well, I tried uninstalling the app and now, unfortunately, I can't 'find' the app again to reinstall it.   I've tried Google Play and Netgear.com but just get blank screens.

You'd have to get it from the Play Store. Search for Arlo which should work. You could also try using the web site https://arlo.netgear.com with a mobile browser which will pop up a message to install from the Play Store.

Thanks for the help.  Turns out if I just shut down my phone completely for a couple hours, it started working just fine and I was able to go into Google Play and download the Arlo app.  It was my phone's fault, not the Arlo app's.  Thanks again.
