Connection Failed issues

All cameras on system state connection failed or timed out

 

System has not had a problem ever before.  I have had this for couple of years but today it is stating failure to connect when I try to check cameras 

 

is there a way to remote re set this?  - I have confirmed power and internet  are working fine.

I'm having the same problem.  I'll post if I resolve it.

A user on another thread recommended that if removing the batteries and resynching doesn't work, remove the camera as a device, then re-add it.  It worked for me, although it's aggravating.

All day this connection did not work on 2 Arlo systems at 2 locations with 2 different internet connections

then suddenly last night - BOTH were back on line 

 

no idea what happened - but it worries me that they were offline for so long - not very secure !
