Anyone else having problems accessing their recordings today?

It is difficult to impossible to view any of my Arlo recordings this morning.

System refuses to play.

No issue I see in NY, but it may be area located issue

Are you getting any error messages? I have tested this and did not experience any issues with viewing recordings.

 

Do you get the same behavior from all devices?

I'm using the web page and periodically it takes an inordinate amount of time to play the videos.

As near as I can tell this is not a local network or internet related issue. There is no problem with other internet or network functionality so I can only ascribe the performance to the web site.

I'm currently attempting to view a video recorded last night and am getting no response after the viewing window opens. Others have played just fine.

 

On a few others I've managed to download the recordings and view locally with no real issues.

 

Just wondered if anyone else was experiencing this kind of performance.

Do you see this same behavior when using the Arlo mobile app or does this only occur using the web client? You might also consider trying to view using a different browser to further isolate the issue.
