My partner and I are busy piano teachers in a rented property. We've been ARLO customers for at least 2 years and just realized we've been paying 2-3 times more than we should have done for 3 exterior cameras + doorbell (Secure Plus Multi-camera + two CVR monthly plans). Not being savvy with this stuff, it seems I made a mistake with my original subscription and only just realized when I reviewed it today on my laptop. Given that we've effectively been paying twice for the same coverage for 2 years, I am wondering if we are able to recoup at least some of that money?
