Not receiving password reset emails

Hello.

I have forgotten the password to my Arlo account, and am trying to reset it. However, whenever I try and get the email to reset my password, I never receive one. I have made sure that the email is correct, and it is; I attempted to create a new account with that email address and it says that my email is already being used. Since I do not have a paid subscription, I cannot talk to a live person. What do I do to change my password?

Are you still experiencing these symptoms with receiving your forgot password email?

Yes, I am still having the same issue. I haven't received any emails to reset my password, and they are not going to any spam folder or anything like that.
