can i buy from usa and use in australia?

Since this is new, we have no experience in such usage. It may be possible but you may need to initially set it up in the US before moving it to AUS. Alternatively, you may be able to use a VPN to a US server that would allow you to set up outside the US. To get a subscription, you'd also need to use a US credit card.
