Charged after canceling sub

What is it with Arlo.

We have not been using our cameras during a recent move (like last October). I cancelled our monthly cloud storage $10/month fee when we moved.

Then about 2 months later I noticed I was still being billed. I figured I must have made a cancellation mistake so I was willing to give-up 2 months fees and cancelled again.

Four months after that (today) I see they charged me again.

So ARLO is wrong with you people.

 

<I feel better now after my rant, but I will never buy another ARLO product>
