Changing Batteries

I have an Arlo camera wireless system and had a camera out for over 5 weeks due to no battery - just changed it and it is still showing "it is time to change your batteries" and not working. Heard there was an update on Sept 15th, 2016 and wondering what I need to do to get camera working again?

Open the SETTINGS and go to camera and REMOVE DEVICE

Reboot the base via the power button, give it time to come back online

 

Open and close the battery door to reset the camera.... then bring the camera back as if new ( re-sync )
