Arlo camera stays offline when trying to sync

I have just purchase this single camera system. When trying to sync camera all leds act as expected but the camera stays offline. Is there a solution to this problem?

Open and close the battery door,   Go to settings . pick camera, and remove camera  REMOVE DEVICE

Reboot the base via the power button, Then bring camera back as if new ( quick push on sync button not 2 sec hold )
