Hi,

I have 2 Arlo cameras connected to my home base.  Recently, 1 of them updated firmware correctly and it is working well.  However, the second camera was interrupted during the firwmware update and it is malfunctining, it disconnects often, runs out of battery too quickly, and overheats.

I researched the forums, and one thread says to enable "auto update" but I cannot find this option in My Arlo online, after I log in.

I have this info for the cameras:

HardwareH7
Serial Number48B458759987A
Firmware1.2.4941

The malfunctioning camera is offline and does not offer this info.

There's an FAQ about this - search. Basically, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Sync using the sync button only briefly - don't hold it down. Let the update occur, perhaps immediately or overnight.

I deleted the cameras from My Arlo but I was not able to resync them.  I followed the syncing steps at arlo.com

Make sure you press the sync button on the base only briefly - don't hold it down.
