Change email address or password to login

The email address associated with my account was compromised. I had to kill that address. It doesn't exist anymore. I have a new email address that I'd change my account to, but I can't log in. The error message says that the email address or password is invalid. I can't change the email address to the new one or change the password because I can't log in. I've tried via the app and via the web, I can't log in.

Thanks. I did a factory reset on the Base and then uninstalled/reinstalled the app with a new email/password and all seems to be working fine.

remove it from the account, and reset it using a paper clip.

I can’t access my account since my previous email is invalid. I need customer support to contact me for assistance in regard of changing login details and restart of subscription
