I am not able to reset password.

> I send reset password

> I recive mail for resetting password

> I send the new password

> I recive error message = Bad gateway - error code 502

> Browser working ok + Cloudflare working ok + notifications.arlo.com = Host error

Please advise 

+ How can I contact Arlo direct when i cannot log into my account?

Can you try from a different device or browser? Have you tried to delete the cache and cookies?

Have you solved this? I have the same issue, can't log into my account. Tried different devices and browsers but still no luck. Please help.

No, still the same issue. I had to set up another account and reset everything.

On the new account you were able to get everything up and working correctly and able to sign in?

Please rectify the issue asap.  The grantee of my camera encounters the same problem for resetting the password.  I don't think by suggesting to set up a new account is a solution for the issue.  Please fixed asap.
