To view cameras live, I get a nessage that says a new version of Adobe Flash Player is required.  I have downloaded the new version 4 times and restarted my computer and still get the same message when I try to view my cameras live.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

What browser on what OS and device are you using? Have you tried another browser and device?

IE and Windows 7.  I don't know what you mean by device.

You need IE > v10 , , try a new install of Fire Fox

 

Win 7 originally came with IE 8 if you diidn't upgrade
