Since last night I haven't been able to connect to the app through wifi on two android devices, but I am able to connect to app while on cellular data. I have reinstalled app, reset modem and arlo base, forgotten network, restarted phone and tablet but to no avail. All other apps on both devices are working normally.

Have you tried to remove the Arlo app and re- add it and check again? What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using?
