Cannot sync 3rd camera

System 3 weeks old.  Had all cameras synced but then removed 1 for storage.  2 weeks later tried to resync but found it will no longer sync.  When attempting to sync, the camera has a blue heart beat followed by a red blinking then followed by a rapid blue blinking.  The base continually blinks.  Look on the computer and find that the camera did not sync.  Tried all recommendations posted.  Help.

Try a fresh set of batteries - might be that simple.
