Cannot set up base station

Hi all,

 

Just bought the base station with two cameras.

I have the two green lights on the base station but I cannot connect with either the app on my iphone or on a PC.

 Help please

Try a reset using the rest button on the back of the base until the LEDs flash amber.  Wait for the base to reset with the two green LEDs and try again.

Thanks for that, Ive tried it and still not connecting.

 

Could it be the router doesnt accept this kind of connection?

Im in Denmark on a Stofa router.

Could be the router but if the Internet LED is green I'm not sure that would be the issue.  Is it your own router or your ISP's? Do you have access to the configuration so you can check to see if there's settings blocking any of ports 80, 443 and 123?  If it's the ISP's device you may need them to change settings.
