arlo wireless cameras- previous synced but now will not

2 in use arlo cameras will not sync to new router . I then reconnect to previous router and still they will not connect (sync) .Next i  try to sync previous unused camera  and it immediately syncs up ???   what is going on ? thanks

Some folks call the base station a router and then there's your WiFi router itself.  Which are you referring to?

 

I'm guessing that you need to remove all devices from your account under Settings, My Devices and then try syncing again.
