Cannot see all cameras on new arlo system

We have the original arlo system and now a more up-to-date system has been added and we cannot see all the cameras.   How do I update the other system to work with this system.  I need to track the trucks when they come in and this does not happen.   I guess we need to close one and open another.  We definitely do not want to pay for more than one account.

It sounds like you have two systems, an original and a Pro. Is this correct? If so, the new system appears to have been set up under a second email address to remain on the free plan for both. If this is the case, use Settings, Grant Access from one system to the email address of the other. Follow the directions in the invitation email and you'll be able to see all cameras under one login. If you need to be able to manipulate the second system from this login, be sure to allow the additional privileges when setting up the guest account. It doesn't give you full control of the second system but it's close.
