Cannot scan QR code for Arlo camera

I have an Android phone and have synced 2 of my cameras up but can't scan the QR code that was sent in the pamphlet and when i go to the PROBLEMS SCANNING section and try and put in the Arlo Go model number it won't let me..So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you're telling us. The VMS3430 uses a base but a Go does not. A Go uses a QR code to setup, the wireless cameras do not. What makes you think you have a Go? Did you buy both a wireless system as well as a Go?
