I am having a lot of difficulty trying to get past the mode screen to reach the screen where I can disarm, arm, schedule, etc. It always reads "Getting status" and gets hung up there. This has just started getting bad over the last 2 to 3 weeks. Does anyone know what is going on?

Have you tried accessing both from a browser and through the app? Normally if one isn't too responsive, the other is OK

I use my mobile app for all Arlo camera management. Having to go to a computer every time I wanted to arm and disarm isn't an option.

Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the app?
