Cannot get my VMS3130 cameras to reconnect

Cannot get my VMS3130 cameras to reconnect. Batteries died. Put new ones in. Could not reconnect. Updated the hub base. Uninstalled the cameras. Went to reinstall the cameras. The lights are blinking blue. No reconnect for cameras that were working fine. Any ideas?

Need more info on the camera LED blinking blue - slow or fast? Slow means it's trying to connect, fast means it successfully connected. You may need to remove all devices and start fresh. I would also hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let it reboot to green power and Internet LEDs (Camera may be off or solid amber) and then claim the base.
