purchased from Costco - I cannot record both cameras for my library !!!!  can someon help??????

Details.  WHat have you tried?  What LEDs are what colors on the base?  Are the running men in the Devices tab for each camera black or gray?  Go to the Mode tab, click on your base.  What Mode is selected? In the Devices tab, can you live view and manually record?  Do those videos show up in the library?
