Cannot connect Base Station

Cannot connect to the base station after electricity was suspensed in the buildling, after the electricity is resumed. The error "cannot connect to base station" is appeared, we have reconnect /synchronized again; the results still the same. However the signal lights are turned on as ususal, but we cannot see the base station working again. Please help!

Try a factory reset ie use a paperclip etc to hold the reset button it. It takes about 10s for the green power LED to change to amber. Then release and wait for the system to power on and the power LED will go green, the internet LED should go green and the camera LED will probably be off. Then login through the app. Add the base station. Then sync the cameras
