Cannot change mode

Is there an outage going on currently?  All lights on the base are solid green, can view live camera, but cannot change the mode and there is no motion detection.  Please fix asap.

Camera status also not working on iphone app but working on ipad app. Still no motion detection no mode detection or changing the mode either

On your phone that's not working, eiher go into settings > app and clear the cache and force a stop

OR

uninstall and reinstall the app
