Cannot add back deleted camera after battery problem

Two of my four wireless cameras showed (in the app) "Time to change your batteries".  I replaced all battereies in each with new batteries.  One camera immedaitel;y began working again with no action on my part other than changing the batteries.  The second continued to tell me to change my batteries.  I took the batteries from the camera that resumed working into the camera that was not working to see if batteries were the issue.  They were not as I still received the ame "Time to change your batteries" message in the app.

 

I then read in the support community to try deleing the camera and then re-syncing.  I deleted the camera and re-sync'd.  The lue light flashed as t supposed to and it appeared the camerea had synced.  However, it does not show up in my app.  All other 3 cameras working fine.  Has anyone seen this problem?  Any suggestions?

Jef68,

 

Have you checked using a different device such as the web client rather than the app to further isolate the issue?

 

Does the affected camera appear under Settings > My Devices?
