one of the cameras suddenly shows "off line" & can't get it working.  Batteries are okay!  Also ...one camera is always black & white!  Can anyone help!  Thanks!

Steamer,

 

What is the LED behavior after opening and closing the battery compartment door on the camera showing offline?

 

A black and white image indicates the camera is in night vision mode. Night vision mode will engage when the camera is in a dark environment. Bring the camera to a well lit area and test again via live stream to see if the camera will disengage from night vision mode.
