Ok, not so happy!
I cannot, at akl connect to basestation, as I dont haver any APN, whatever that is so i canoot connect it. Not only that theres no direct email to contact Arlo support whatsoever unless I call them. I;m Deaf!!!
I did it over and over again, you tube, the hopeless helpline video set up by Arlo wasn;t helpful at all. Any uggetion before I return it and demand my money back with the worse review?

It sounds like you're confusing things since you reference an APN which is used by the base-less Go camera.
For a wireless camera system, the base connects via Ethernet to your router. Have you done that? What LEDs are showing on the base? There should be 2 green ones - power and Internet. Without that indication, nothing is going to work. If you see those, use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Then you can sync your cameras to the base.
You're right, there's no email support but there is an online chat function.
