Cancelled account 8 months ago and still being charged!

I have spent 8 months in frustration with this coming after years of being a loyal customer. I cancelled my account 8 months ago when i moved and I am still being charged! There is nothing on my dashboard, no history, no billing info everything is gone. And they won't do a bot chat, there is no email. JUST A SCAM company!!!! ZERO customer service. It's criminal. I had Arlo Pro 2

Of course that is expected if you canceled the account.  Though perhaps you only canceled the subscription?
