Issue Going to Settings on Web Portal

Every time I try to go to the settings screen on the web portal this happens (pic)...screen grays out, Arlo "please wait" box moves to the right and "request timed out" bar shows up. A simple refresh and it goes right to the settings screen...just started a few days ago.

Oddly enough everything's fine this morning. No changes were done on the PC and PC was not shut down overnight...just tried it this morning and all was well

Well now I can't go to settings on the web portal at all.

Refreshing just brings it back to the grayed out screen and the only way to get out of that screen is to close it and open a new tab then login again. After that everything (routines, dashboard, feed, etc.) works fine until I click on settings then I have to start all over 😖

Update - just found that I can use the back arrow to successfully return to the last page I was on, from the grayed out page but that still doesn't solve not being able to get to the settings page.

Do you get the same behavior if you switch to a different browser?
