Hi, my name is Monica McCuen. I am paying 9.99 a month for a subscription for my arlo camera. and i was looking to cancel it, but when i log in online and on the app it says i dont have a subscription. I know I do because my bank statements show I'm getting charged 9.99 a month by you guys. My app shows my camera, but the website doesn't show it under my profile. The serial number for my camera is A7D10971A1252. I need help cancelling my subscription as we hasn't been using the camera. If we continue using the camera in the future I'll restart the subscription.

Is there any chance that the camera was installed to a different account (and then shared with your account)?
