Why Alro is riping off their customers with subscription price increase. Got that stupid email about price increase for subscription fee because they need to make changes on their end. Why should we pay extra for changes they need to make ?

Economics 101 - customers always pay for the cost of the service.  If they don't, the company goes out of business.
