Arlo won’t let me unsubscribe from emails. It says user not found. I want the marketing emails to stop. I have tried troubleshooting already with previous discussions reply’s.

Log in to your Arlo Secure account and navigate to Settings > Profile > tap Name, Email > uncheck "Keep me up-to-date- on the latest news..."

It has been unchecked for months and I still get emails.
