Can we replace original Arlo batteries with RCR123A Li-ion rechargeable batteries (Tenergy Brand)

The original batteries that came with our cameras are Panasonic CR123A Lithium non rechargeable batteries.

Can we replace them with RCR123A Li-ion rechargeable batteries (Tenergy Brand) pictured below?

if they are the gold colored 3.7v tenergy batteries yes; if they're the silver colored 3.0 tenergy no, they're the wrong ones
