Hi there I can’t find my smart hub in the arlo app when I attempt to add a device. I have attempted the trouble shooting methods and it’s still not working.
the blue light is on so it’s connected to my router but isn’t appearing when it searches.

To be clear, you're the one who set up the system, right? A guest account won't see the hub nor be able to add devices.
You may want to try using both the app as well as the web client (my.arlo.com) to see what happens.
