For the last 3 weeks, I have been trying to set up an old VueZone system. Finally figured out the base station is kaput. Bought a new Arlo 3 camera system. The base station installed flawlessly. Trying to go on computer to set up and register the system. I do not remember the password used with my email address, and although your systems says it is sending me a message to change the password, nothing has shown up in my email in about 10 hours now. Yes, I have checked trash and spam; not there either.

 

Went to 'new system setup'. The serial number for the VueZone is in there and it will not let me change the S/N to that of my new Arlo base station.

 

Beginning to get more than a bit weary here

OK. finally got password changed. Now to see if I can register my system.

me to... im trying to set up by computer and phone and doesnt work...dont let me do anything

The device you are using must be on the same network as the base station or it will fail to find it. If you are using a device on the same network, consider a factory reset of the base station by pressing and holding the reset button until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online and try again. Please let me know if you're still having trouble!
