Can't see cameras Arlo Pro2 in app

I was able to link my base back to the Arlo app, but not able to link cameras back. I tried the factory reset, hold sync button for 15 seconds and wait for amber light to blink 3 times but it never does and the cameras will blink rapidly blue the appear to sync with the bas station but I can’t see them on my app.

The older cameras (older than the Ultras, including the Pro 2 you have) can't be reset by the sync button. The only "reset" is to pull the battery out and reinsert so the camera returns to a known state.

 

As for syncing, make sure your remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices before trying to sync them again.

I pulled the batteries and I did remove them from my devices, still nothing.

These cameras don't actually need to use the app to connect them to the base. Briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it - and then a camera sync button. What do you see as you do this process?
