VMB3000 - cannot be found when trying to add through Arlo app. Tried factory resetting.

I have acquired a second base station. When I connect it to my router, power light is green, network connecti I n is green, camera sync is orange. It gets an IP address. I try to add it using the Arlo app and it cannot be found. I have factory reset it mtiple times. I have re.oved the other base station. Nothing changes. Do I have a bad base station or am I doing something I g wrong.

Is this a used base station?  If so, it is possible that the previous owner failed to remove it from their account.  So try contacting the seller to confirm this.
