Can’t see 2 of 4 cameras on my phone but can see them on my desktop. My wife’s phone can see all 4

Is your wife's account the main account? You're probably also using her login for the desktop. If you go in on the desktop or on your wife's phone, click Settings > Grant Access > [your name] and then make sure all of the cameras are highlighted. Click save. Your account should now be able to see all of the cameras
