Can't reconnect Arlo system. LED shows Internet Connection.

So i had an attempted burglary two days ago, batteries had run out, got new ones in and even though both cameras are synced to the base station, i can't seem to get the app on web site to see the base staion. The LED shows internet connection. Someone please hlep as i am worried these guys are coming back to my prperty. The police are looking into it but i need my system to work to get evidence.

Have you power button rebooted the base ?

thanks guru, after an hours effort and a hard factory reset (important to know to hold it down for 10 secs minmium)  and it worked, so problem solved and i feel a little safer now
