Can’t login on browsers or app in iPhone. Worked on desktop browser. It either says request timed out or just says log back in or logout. Been happening for over a week.

There's no problem here with the Android app installed on multiple devices. As for the web client, what Internet security software are you using? Kaspersky has been an on-going issue where arlo.com needs to be whitelisted.

Same here. I have to turn my iPhone on and off every time to get the app to work. Tried reinstalling app to no avail. Hoping for a solution!

What iPhone device are you using? What iOS version are you running? Is this happening on WiFi and/or cellular data? Could you provide a screenshot that shows this error too?
