Can't log in to Arlo app. Says it can't recognize my device. Tried all verification method.

Upgraded iPhone from 7 to 11 pro and can’t log into the app, says it can’t recognise my device. When I try all verification methods no luck.
Have tried reloading app, restarting phone etc

Hi Khume,

 

Is this happening when you're on cellular data and/or WiFi? Could you provide a screenshot that shows an error?

We have same issue with Arlo Pro2 not recognizing iPhone 11 all of sudden

Try disabling 2-factor authentication from https://my.arlo.com.  

 

Set it up again after your you get the app working on your new iphone.
