Can’t get on my account through the app

So I recently upgraded from a iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11. My account had only one Device connected to it my iPhone 7 well I currently do not have my iPhone 7 because I had to trade it in. so I can’t send me a push notification to authorize my account and when I try to use other verification method such as my email the code will not send to my email I was able to change my password because I thought it was my email that wasn’t receiving anything. I was able to get an email to change my password but not for the verification code I tried calling support and they basically said that there’s no way I could gain access to my account without my iPhone 7 basically. Please tell me there is something else I can do to gain access to my account.
